This pattern was the MKAL pattern for the FGF April 2022.

As their name suggests these fingerless mitts are inspired by the fictional cat from Lewis Carroll’s book Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland. The Cheshire Cat is best remembered for his ability to periodically gradually disappear leaving only his grin.

This mitt has an unusual construction and multiple opportunities to personalise your mitts.

After I finished knitting all the charts in the Arne & Carlos Quarantine Mystery KAL I decided to design a few of my own.
