There is something so fun about knitting colourwork! With every row the graphic design comes a little more clearly into being. This sweater is my ode to the iconic image of sardines in a tin.

I created Penna because I love stranded colourwork, both as a technique and as an end-resut.

Years ago my boyfriend asked me to make him a Gengar hat. Many years passed and he got many other lovely knitted gifts, but never a Gengar hat. Until now.

I designed this scarf for a dear friend of mine. He is a huge lover of geometric shapes, luxurious materials and above all minimalistic design. As he wanted to be able to wear the scarf year round, I decided to make it in a cotton / denim.

This pattern came to life because of my love for playing with different materials, stitches, and thicknesses of yarn.

Even in the forest of cable hats I seemed unable to find the specific cable pattern that satisfied my desires. This is why I decided to design one. The pattern bridges chart repetitions with one cable, creating not just sections but an interconnected whole.

This is a case of the yarn deciding the project. I love big scarves and when I saw this Malabrigo Rios in Matisse Blue I almost instantly knew a big scarf would be the perfect project to show it off on an almost daily basis.

Hannah was designed for my brother’s girlfriend. After their half year spend in South Africa they brought back this yarn and she wanted something to remember the experience by.

This pattern came into existence because I was missing a simple croptop design in my hand knitted collection. It is simple design, knitted top down, with subtle details. Making it just a little more interesting to knit and wear. It combines perfectly with high waisted jeans or skirts. It is a fun, easy knit, with no seaming what so ever.
