The lace design uses stitch elements from estonian lace knitting tradition, modified with a bit of textured stitches to enhance the patterns as well as enjoyment of knitting this project.

Twilight is a one-piece crescent shaped shawl, designed based on Shetland lace knitting techniques. The bead stitch pattern is used for the lace section requiring mainly basic lace knitting stitches eg. k2tog, ssk and yarnover.
