Pattern works up very quickly, can be altered in size by increasing or decreasing your stitches. Instructions on the pattern. Also if you want the headband to be wider simply add 2 rows of the pattern before the final row.

This pattern has been revised to improve it and make it a little easier to follow.

The pattern is very simple and relatively quick to work up. If you want to increase the size of the bag then you would simply work an extra 2-4 rows for the base increasing in the same manner as in the pattern. This only takes up one skein and you will have some left over.
