Knitting: Christmas Stocking
My mother hinted (as mothers do) that she wanted a pair of chunky cream stockings with a cable for her and my dad for Christmas. I opted for a mock cable, giving it a flatter, more refined and less rustic feel. They look great on the hearth, and have a big, fat toe for holding goodies!
Knitting: Cup / Mug
This is a sweet little coffee mug cozy made from those pesky little bitty leftover balls of yarn. All you need is two colors of some worsted weight yarn (I used Cascade 220 and a mystery acrylic yarn) and you have a quick little gift (for you, of course!) in no time at all.
