Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
9th Anniversary Wrap is a very easy project. It’s knit in the round (no purling required!), with the fringe (approximately 8” long) made from dropped stitches.
Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
Little Miss Crankypants is a narrow wrap or wide fringed scarf. It is knit in the round (no purling!) using Linen Stitch and what I call a Gradual Ascending Linen Stitch, with the fringe (approximately 8” long) made from dropped stitches.
Knitting: Cape
Hey Nineteen is is a hooded cape with easy lace insets. The back of the hood is shaped with short rows. The cape ties at the neck and can fit a variety of sizes. It’s so named because when I started the project, it was supposed to be the nineteenth pattern that I would have published on Ravelry. While I was working on it I published a hat patte...
Knitting: Beret, Tam, Drawstring Bag
This is a quick and simple knit - it converts from a hat to a bag and starts with a garter stitch square. Stitches are picked up around the square and the body of the hat is then worked.
Knitting: Cape
This reversible capelet is worked sideways to whatever width you desire. It’s an easy-to-knit project with no purl stitches, and a simple 5 row repeat.
Knitting: Shawl / Wrap

Knitting: Poncho
Lemonade From Lemons is worked in the round using two strands of a light worsted weight yarn held together. A single bulky yarn may be substituted. Braided cables, slipped stitches and a simple garter stitch make up the design.
Knitting: Beret, Tam
“Sl-ouch!” is a slouchy hat with a wide, double-thick brim. It’s so named because I knit it while I had a sore shoulder. Call it dedication, or call it a glutton for punishment, but I had to see it through. This is the result! I came up with it while working on my 1 Infinite Loop hat. I devised a new way (at least I’ve never come across it) of ...
Knitting: Poncho
The Basketweave Poncho is perfect for the cold weather. It’s designed to fit almost every shape and is an easy knit. The bottom edge is shaped with short rows, making a gentle curve.
Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
Simple Ridges Shawlette was designed to showcase the beautiful Queensland Kathmandu yarn, although any yarn can be used. No gauge is given since any yarn can be used. There’s no lace, just simple knitting and purling, and basic increases. Because of its shape, the shawl rests on your shoulders without the need for a shawl pin or button. It’s kn...
Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
“This Is Spinal Wrap” is a shawl/wrap/scarf with the center spine worked first and the ribs worked outward until it’s the desired length. Gauge is really unimportant as it can be worked to the width/length you like.
Crochet: Shawl / Wrap
“A Trip Down Memory Lane” is a crocheted wrap made up of strips that are joined as you go, eliminating the need for seaming.
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
1 Infinite Loop (location of Apple Headquarters in Cupertino, CA) is my tribute to Steve Jobs and his iconic black turtleneck sweaters. Rest in peace, Steve.
Knitting: Neck / Torso - Other
Soft & squishy, can be worn over the shoulders as a capelet, or around the neck as an oversized cowl. Worked on needles a little oversized, because I like ‘em that way :)
Knitting: Hats - Other
This is a hat to go with the scarf I knit as a test for sewcarolinaknits called ”Letting Go”
Knitting: Scarf, Shawl / Wrap
Rockin’ Robin is a shawlette/scarf worked from the center, bottom up, in a zig-zag lace pattern, then outward in an eyelet lace pattern. Gauge is not important, just choose a needle size a little larger than what the yarn label recommends.
Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
Rails & Ties is an open and airy wrap worked on oversized needles, and is so named because as I was working it up it reminded me of a railroad track. Plus I really loved the movie Rails & Ties, starring Kevin Bacon and Marcia Gay Harden. If you haven’t seen it, do yourself a favor and rent it. Just have a box of tissues handy. It’s a te...
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
The Keefe Hat is a colorful hat that uses up your scraps. It’s knit in the round, so there’s no seaming. Plus it works up quickly!
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
Pam is a hat that uses up a lot of your worsted weight scraps. Due to the fact that so many different worsted weight yarns are not the same exact weight, no gauge is given. If you stick to the gauge given on your yarn label you should be fine!
Knitting: Scarf
This scarf was inspired by fiddlehead ferns. It is knit sideways in an elongated triangle, with the fiddleheads CROCHETED as you go. There is an increase and decrease chart available on Google Docs (linked in pdf pattern) if you need it, but I think the instructions are pretty clear, thanks mostly to my wonderful testers nickersr and Lousquared...
Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
Marilyn is a shawl knit with two strands of sport weight yarn held together, constructed to sit on the shoulders without the need for a shawl pin. It’s worked on large needles to produce a soft and airy garment. The bind off is crocheted.
Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
This shawl is worked from the bottom tip to top. It’s an open, airy shawl. The sample shown was worked in a worsted weight yarn (See Jayne Knit Superwash Merino Bamboo), but any weight can be used. Just choose a needle size that will produce the desired effect, and make sure to purchase enough yardage. The sample shown was blocked to 55” x 23”....
