A woman’s cabled knee sock designed to fit an 8 inch foot circumference, in order to maintain symmetry across the foot altering the stitch count is not recommended. Instead to resize to fit a smaller/larger adult foot circumference it is advised to change needle size.

A slouchy tam sized to fit newborn through to adult. Named for the Norwegian word for cozy and knitted in soft and squishy yarn this is the perfect hat for autumnal days.

A double knit scarf inspired by retro arcade games. Invasion required 2 balls each of King Cole Merino Blend DK in Petrol and Gold and 3 balls in Black.

A delicate, feminine lace scarf knitted in a simple lace pattern. Pattern instructions for the edging are given as a chart and for the body of the scarf as a written pattern.
Knitting: Fingerless Gloves
A pair of fingerless gloves with cables and a textured pattern on the palm for added grip, perfect for dog walking. Knitted in the round with non felting yarn, acrylic cotton or bamboo would all be a good substitute for the hemp yarn used. Of course if you’re not planning to use them for dog walking you could easily make these in a snuggly wool.

I love handpainted yarn, I love the colour changes, I love the uniqueness of it. What I don’t love however is how some handpainted yarn just doesn’t want to be knit into any particular pattern. This pattern is an alternative take on the traditional stocking stitch sock with a ribbed top.

Designed to fit 8.5 inch leg/foot circumference, foot length can be customised to fit. Pattern could also be worked on larger needles for a man’s sock or by removing repeats in order to fit a child.
