The colorwork stitch pattern of this hat reminds me of twinkling stars. I have annotated the instructions to provide guidance for some of the directions, as well as tips for obvious modifications.

Knitting: Feet / Legs - Other
To reinforce the sole of your Felf, you can knit and sew on a second sole before felting your Felf. The concept is inspired by Bev Galeskas’s Felted Clogs, from Fiber Trends.
Knitting: Tee
Shake off the doldrums of winter with the Color Burst Summer Tunic. It will add an explosion of colors to any Spring/Summer wardrobe. Eye catching, people won’t be able to resist telling you how much they admire it.

Knitting: Beanie, Toque
This hat was designed for a 2011 Martin Luther Day of Service baby hat project. The pattern is written for baby/newborn size. Suggestions for adapting the pattern for toddler and child sizes are given.
Knitting: Headband
This headscarf is a descendent of Kathryn Schoendorf’s Calorimetry, using Brioche Stitch, instead of 2x2 rib. Therefore, the headscarf can be worked with NO PURLING. The design also minimizes the holes created by the short row turns, about which some Ravelers have expressed disappointment.
Knitting: Bedding
Felted, 3 layer pad, sized to fit a small pet carrier.
Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
The stitch pattern is from Barbara G Walker’s First Treasury of Knitting Patterns. According to Walker, “it makes a flat, shapely piece, requiring little or no blocking”. Designed for the Afghans for Afghans July 2008 campaign.
