In Israel, we call these things ‘Hamtzavar’ (חם צוואר). A combination of both a hat and a cowl, it makes a handy accessory for a chilly night!

Super easy hat, fits everybody. It’s worked flat (but if you really want you can convert to knitting in the round) using super bulky yarn and needles #10 (6 mm). Any question you have, just ask!
