A cowl that is easy enough for beginners! Although the cowl is made of simple double crochet, the yarn looks superb with its thick and thin texture. A handmade button provides the finishing touch!

I love my luxurious Rasta cowls, but the yarn is expensive. I needed a cheaper alternative. The Thick and Quick yarn is very economical, looks great, is warm, but not scratchy. I wanted to play up the solid yarn and love the way crocheting in the back loops makes this cowl look ribbed.

I have added a flower to the headband that has the same texture as the cowl.
