Crochet: Purse / Handbag
This super chic bag was inspired by the Dooney and Bourke animal print ones that are so in style right now. It takes less than 1 skein of each color, which makes for a super inexpensive project and a great size bag at about 17”x14”x4.5”!!!
Crochet: Scarf
This is my crochet version of the awesome Lacy Baktus pattern. It’s very easy (only uses sc, and hdc stitches!) and takes no time at all. Mine only took a week, with lots of breaks, and was made with lace weight yarn, so imagine how fast a DK version would be!
Crochet: Scarf
This beautiful scarf can be made either thick and toasty or light and lacy. Either one results in a stunning accessory. The name came to me while blocking… the circular holes staggered on top of one another reminded me of a stone castle wall.
Crochet: Cup / Mug
Thank you all so much for your generosity! The Haitian people had a little extra help from the sale of this pattern.
Crochet: Beanie, Toque
A pattern that’s both masculine and feminine. Make it in dark green for you brother or fushia for your mother-in-law! Everyone will love this hat :)
Crochet: Purse / Handbag
This bag is easy to construct, but still has some volume to it because of starting with a shaped bottom. Stylish and functional!

These things are great! These make great gifts; pastel colors for baby showers; colors in a couple’s registry (I always look at what color towels and bathroom accessories a couple has picked out) for a wedding gift; fun, bright colors for birthdays. Let your imagination go wild!
Crochet: Toy Food
These cookies are so cute, and sooo fast to make! They only take around 10 grams of yarn each, so they are great to use up all of your scraps!
Crochet: Pullover
There is only one size for this sweater (for now) which is a 2T or 24” chest. As the boys get older, I’ll add new sizes! It only took me 1 skein of each color (4 colors) in Red Heart to make both my nephew’s sweaters.
Crochet: Scarf
I originally wanted a knit scarf to go with this gorgeous yarn, but I have knitting ADD and couldn’t wait any longer to have a completed malabrigo scarf to wear, like, this winter… So I frogged the knitting and started thinking about a crochet version.
Crochet: Scarf
O Pequeno Cachecol, or The Little Scarf was inspired by a knit Anthropologie version. A friend requested one, I then fell in love with it, and one day later, this is the result! Very elegant, and it only takes between 60-70 grams of yarn. A much nicer price tag than the original!
Crochet: Cup / Mug
I was tired of killing trees using a billion cardboard sleeves at Starbucks, so I decided to crochet myself up a pretty cabled one to use over and over.
Crochet: Wall Hanging
Use your imagination and create a banner in any theme and with any phrase you’d like! These would be adorable in bright colors for a birthday party or in pretty pinks for Valentine’s Day. This example is a cute, small (about 3’ long) garland for Christmas.
Crochet: Washcloth / Dishcloth
I love crochet dishcloths, but always wanted some extra scrubby power. I’ve seen the patterns where you crochet around a store bought scrub pad, but knew there had to be a way to make them home made…
Crochet: Decorative - Other
This is a super easy pattern that can be adapted any way you’d like. Choose the color/type of beads you want and the color of your “tree” and there are endless possibilities! I plan on making another set with earthy tones for my living room. And maybe off white trees with pink beads for my shabby chic mom?
Crochet: Messenger Bag, Purse / Handbag, Tote
I needed a big bag to take on weekend trips. I came up with a beautiful aran crocheted bag that’s big enough to pack an outfit, pjs and all your necessities for an over-night trip, or all of your yarn and supplies for a big project!
Crochet: Decorative - Other
I’m trying to convince myself that it’s fall here in Cali. My brain knows it’s almost October, but the HOT weather keeps confusing me. To trick myself, I keep adding fall decorations to my home.
Crochet: Cleaning - Other
I recently decided that I needed a cute little pouch to hold my ugly “monthly necessities” inside my purse. Ever try to locate your keys and one of those guys falls on the ground in front of a bunch of people? Yeah, not so much fun!
Crochet: Fingerless Gloves
I made these to go with the Red Bow Clutch pattern. They’re dainty and pretty. This is a pattern for an adorable pair of wrist warmers with a white bow detail.
Crochet: Clutch
I saw a Kate Spade clutch the other day that I was drooling aaaaallll over. Not having a Kate Spade budget, I made up a pattern for my own.
Crochet: Decorative - Other
After making my pumpkins yesterday, hubby suggested a whole cornucopia full of fall veggies. I thought, “Wow! What a great idea! Why didn’t I think of that???”
Crochet: Decorative - Other
I was reading a magazine the other day and read an article about a woman who decorates her house for all of autumn (not just Halloween, Thanksgiving, etc). She had all kinds of pretty white, green and orange pumpkins in her house, no jack-o-lanterns. It looked so pretty! I started thinking though, won’t they go bad? I decided I had to have croc...
Crochet: Animal Toy
I wanted a “fuzzy” monkey pattern for my bro’s birthday. This is what I came up with. He’s totally fun, every time I look at him, I laugh :)
Crochet: Purse / Handbag
I needed a small bag to throw over my body (cross-wise) to go shopping with. Unfortunately, I wasn’t blessed with shoulders that keep bags up by themselves, so I like this kind of strap the best. This one holds my checkbook, cell phone and keys perfectly, and it’s so pretty!
Crochet: Beanie, Toque
My bro asked for a beanie with cables the other day. I thought for awhile about how to make it masculine (not too many cables), then came up with the idea of a cabled brim. I’ve made 2 now, and he thinks they are pretty spiffy!
