Simple, sweet and very comfortable for baby! This is a nice pattern for those of you who have yet to “tackle” cables. It makes a hat that is quite stretchy--one that “grows” with baby!

This is a fun way to use up your bits and pieces! The hat at top fits a baby, and was knit in the round with scraps of Rowan Pure Wool 4-ply and bits of Frog Tree Alpaca. The little pink and red hat in the second photo was made in several worsted weight yarns. I have made these hats out of many types of yarn (even bulky) with great results. And ...
