I got my shirt(s) today and love this style! However, I have to caution that nobody I know (except a pre-teen) could wear the XS. I ordered and received both the SMALL and LARGE “Rock the Vote” tees and I typically wear a SMALL tee at The Gap, Old Navy or Forever 21. There is no way I could wear the American Apparel SMALL in public. Although it is fitted (not a bad thing), if you are even an average size “up top” the screen printing of "agree" will s-t-r-e-t-c-h in an unflattering way.

Pay close attention to the American Apparel size information listed on the Ravelry shop page and keep in mind that it will end up being closer to the lower end of the size ranges listed. The LARGE apparently looks the least scandalous on me and doesn’t stretch and strain the screen printing. (The MEDIUMS were sold out when I got to the shop).

The things I love about the top are the length (longer than average) and the lightweight, stretchy fabric. The ruched sleeves are flattering too!

Thank you Ravelry!

I don’t understand these shirts either, but the style is nice. Could someone enlighten me?

For those who don’t get the agree/disagree/love bit, go check out the forums. At the bottom of each forum post, you’ve got the option to agree, disagree… well, you get the idea. :)

I’d rather have the agree/disagree/love buttons on a hoodie, but that’s probably just me. Noone every sees my regular shirts in the fall/winter/spring because I get cold too easily.

This is my new favorite t-shirt! I can’t wait until the love (1) shirt is back in stock in a medium. It’s super comfortable and very cute.

I just got the XL, and find it fits great around, but is shorter than I would like. Just another reason to do those ab exercises, I guess! The printing is good and looks like it will last through the usual round of washes.
