Just got my Bob shirt! Just to help with sizing issues: I usually wear a M/L shirt (Size 8 US), and the XL fits good. Not skin tight, but form fitting. Hope that helps! (I know that I read a lot of comments before I ordered!)

Design is really cute and good quality. I love it!

The shirts are as cute as can be, but you’ll definitely want to look at the garment measurements rather than the stated size of the shirt in order to decide what size to get. When people say these run small, they are not kidding! I’m generally a L/XL, and the XXL is a good (but fairly close to the body) fit on me. The length is probably about what an XXL would normally be, though. I’m 5’5”, but have a long-ish torso, and this shirt hits me at mid-hip.

Shipping was also very quick--I ordered on Thursday evening, and got the shirt on Monday!

I got my shirts in superfast time, but they are both too small. I’m cying because there are no more in the larger sizes. Even though they’re too small for anyone I would give one to, they are awsome!

Yay! Got my shirt today! Fits perfect, I always wear a small, 5’1 and 110 pds 34c, and the medium was a perfect fit! So freaking cute too:~) I’m keeping an eye out for new styles/colors in this fit, I just love them!

I love this shirt! It is a bit snug, but worthy of me losing a few pounds to have it fit just right. I usually wear a women’s XL or size 16, so I ordered the XXL.

LOVE the shirt! So cute! I ordered a Large and it fits perfectly. I normally wear a size 6 and a M in Gap brand tees.

Please make this in other colors, too!

This shirt is SO comfortable and cute. I was getting compliments all day from knitters and non-knitters! I ordered the XL just to be on the safe side and it fits perfectly!

Got this as a large, as I usually wear a small or medium… It’s a snug fit, but it’s so cute that I had to wear it the day I got it. It got a little more comfy with wear, but I’d get it a size bigger than you think, unless you’re at the lowest end. :)
Here’s a not so perfect shot, sorry about the bad lighting:

I agree with others--these shirts do run small, as do all American Apparel items. I ordered a 2XL, and would normally wear an XL in women’s shirts, and the 2XL is very snug. It’s a cute fit though!

I snagged one of these in a M and got it today. Fits just the way I like it, which is decently tight & form fitting. I normally wear size medium shirts and am a 36 B, 5’3” and 135 lb. Last time I ordered a Large based on the reviews, and returned it because it was too loose a fit for me. I think that if you like your shirts snug, then the american apparel runs true to size.

Love the colour and the design too!

I adore this shirt! I think the colors are somewhat darker than they appear in Jess’ modeled shots, but are otherwise accurate. The cuteness, however, is 100% spot-on.

I am 5 feet, 5.5 inches tall, and I generally wear a size 13-14 in jeans, but range between 16 and 18 in shorts, skirts, and dresses. I am approximately a 38B, have a 35-ish inch waist (I should really measure that again sometime…), and am relatively evenly proportioned despite my weight. ibunnysavetroy has a somewhat-useful photo of me here (with a Vera Bradley Villager bag, if that helps), and I may or may not post an action shot of myself in this shirt to the Rav Flickr pool at some later date.

Anyway, I ordered a 2XL (I have a XL beta white tee, and I wanted something a liiiittle more loose without stretching), and it’s perfect, if a little long. Straight out of the mailer, it skims my upper body (shoulders to breasts) comfortably, hangs somewhat loosely around my midsection (between bottom of breasts and belly button), and hugs my belly (the pooch below my belly button) just a little more than I’d like before I stretch it out. With a little stretching, it doesn’t hug my belly anymore, and it’s just right.

Now, it is a little long. It almost covers my butt, and it would be nice if it were 3.5” shorter. But otherwise, I really don’t mind. I LOVE this shirt!

I got my Bob/yarn shirt yesterday and am wearing it today. I love it! The blue color is just gorgeous, almost like a dark teal, and the yarn is like a dusty rose pink. I’m wearing mine with a long sleeve burgundy tee under it and the colors are so purty together. Bob’s happy face will definitely cheer up a gray winter day!

I usually wear a size medium (sometimes large) in unisex t-shirts. I grabbed this one in 2XL and it fits perfectly. It’s nice and soft, too!

It’s got the beloved Bob on it! What else need to be said?

Sizes run very small/slim…………SO definitely up size at least 1 notch ,especially if you are curvy.
It is extra long, which I appreciate. I’m 5’9” and long bodied. I can wear this to the gym and do “bendy” things without the fear of mooning.

Thanks RAVELRY!

Love that Bob:)

I got the shirt too and as with everyone else, I got one size larger than usual (L instead of M) and it fits great. I like it but I’m a bit disappointed with the quality of the print. My colours don’t look as bright as on PinkTiburon or on frecklegirl’s pictures.

Now I have to wait for the larger sizes to come back.
Hopefully soon!

I just received my lovely shirt in the mail today and I love it!! I ordered a medium and it fits perfectly, for a 34A bust and long torso it’s perfect, and very soft! Plus I love how the yarn looks pink against the blue background.

the icing on the cake? a Bob sticker on the package :)

I got mine just the other day! Super cute and fit just right. I ordered a small, I’m 5’3” and about 110lbs and 34b. I LOVE that this tee is long too. Two thumbs up!

Got a 2XL (my Mom bought it for me). I normally wear XL. Poor Bob is stretched across my 38C’s like the skin on a sausage. It’s so sad. I want to wear my Bob shirt, but YIKES! I’d find myself in Glamour with a black bar across my eyes.

I am a standard Women’s medium. I ordered the XL and it fits beautifully! Not baggy or too tight, but fitted with no pulling.

Love this cutie shirt!

The shirt fit great (normally I am an XS, ordered a small), although it was a bit longer than I expected. It’s kind of scrunched up in the picture, but stretched down to the mid-hip area. Bob is super cute and I have been wearing the shirt as much as I can justify…

I have been eye-ing this shirt since it came out, and finally bought mine last week. I got it today, and I LOVE it!

After reading other reviews, I decided to order the L (I’m a 36” bust) and it was the perfect size. I don’t like my shirts super tight, but I didn’t want a really baggy one either. This shirt is the perfect size for wearing with or without a long sleeve shirt under it for me.

I love the design (but who wouldn’t love something with Bob on it???) and the color.

I got my shirt yesterday and I was super excited. I had it at lunch with some of my friends and I showed it to them and their reaction was “Oh! That’s so cute!”

I took the advice of people here and ordered one size up and I am really happy with how it fits on me (a little tom boyish and roomy but still cute).

I’m 5’4”, I wear a size 10 or 12, My bust measurment is 40” so I ordered a size 2X (after reading many reviews) and it fits fine in the bust but the shoulders, waist and length are a little big. I’m still trying to decide if I should keep it or return for an XL and stretch the bust area before wearing.
I like a shirt to be fitted but not tight.
I hope this review is helpful for someone deciding on a size.

I find it odd that there’s so many issues with sizing and reading some of these comments confuses me. I’m a 34DD and the large fits perfectly, which is usually my size in girly shirts. There’s even extra room. Absolutely love it!

this shirt is awesome but definitely get a size larger. I usually wear a M, and a L is perfectly form-fitting. Get it! :D
