I designed this quick, fun cowl as a Fair Isle sampler pattern. It starts out with short floats then works up to longer ones, perfect for newbies to stranded knitting. You can easily make this cowl wider or narrower.
Knitting: Fingerless Gloves
This pattern features welts at the fingers and wrist, and a non-conventional thumb gusset that looks super cool! It is designed to use up one skein of yarn, if knitted in size S/M. I made my prototypes by knitting two at a time from either end of the skein and binding off when there was only a small amount left.
