This hat is worked from the bottom-up. The pattern is made by slipping stitches, and is a great introduction to colorwork knitting.

This pattern is worked from the top down in one piece. It will create a mini triangular shawl. You can feel free to use any size yarn or needles to create the same effect, however your yardage may be different. You can also continue in the pattern to make a full sized shawl.
