Knitting: Mid-calf Socks
We seem to have an affinity for great hand dyed yarn. As we have said before hand dyed yarn can be a tricky thing. You don’t want to lose the pattern of the sock in the yarn….and you don’t want to lose the yarn in the pattern. This is our version of a vanilla sock..for those skeins that are begging to be knit with just the “barebones”.

This sock is knit from the cuff down and features an interesting cable pattern that starts in the cuff and ends at the toe. The cable pattern is fun and simple so it’s great for someone who wants to change up from vanilla socks. For the sock veteran it’s a simple and soothing knit that has enough happening so it won’t be boring.
