Written for the avergae adult this pattern is also easily adjustable in length by adding or subtracting multiples of 3 stitches if you prefer a more snug fit or wish to create a larger cowl to wrap around your neck.

This scarf is knit up using the faggot stitch, an easy one row lace repeat that makes this a great reversible scarf. You could save a little bit of yarn to add fringe if you like or add fringe in a contrasting yarn.
