Crochet: Market bag (slouchy)
This bag was designed for the Central Kansas Yarn Shop Hop October 20-23, 2011. It can only be obtained at this time by purchasing the passport for the hop. Each shop (there are 12) on the hop will be handing out 30 yard pieces of yarn. The bag was designed with this in mind. It’s a great way to use up extra stash yarns, too!

This design was modeled after a favorite polar fleece jacket of mine. I loved the roomy pockets and the slouchy feel. Only problem was it was red with gold reindeers!

Knitting: Vest
This is a great first vest project for beginners. The fold back collar eliminates any shaping at the collar leaving only a bit of binding off and decreasing at the armholes. It substitutes well in many yarns.
Knitting: Poncho
This is a fun poncho knit all in one piece with neck shaping. One seam along side is all it needs. Yarns are changed randomly every other row.
