Knitting: Hanging Ornament
I needed some toddler-friendly (non-breakable) ornaments for my Christmas Tree this year, which is why I came up with this candy cane.

Drink your cozy, warm, rich hot chocolate in a mug decorated with soft knit chocolate whimsy.
Knitting: Ornamental Flower
I am obsessed with crocuses! crocuses come out of the cold hard winter earth for a few weeks in March with their powerful purple shine, and they signify the coming of spring and color and warmth to the world again. I’ve designed a simple pattern for you to make your own knitted bouquet.
Knitting: Puppet, Decorative - Other
This little Angel works as both a christmas ornament and a toy/finger puppet. She is knit in the round from the bottom up, and then an i-cord halo and embroidered facial features are added. The wings, knit flat, are added last. She is simple and takes only an hour or two to complete.
Knitting: Animal Toy
This is a scrap-yarn pattern for a little fish. I designed it for my 16 month old who loves “swimming” his toys around the air and “cooking” them in his pot.
Knitting: Ball
Since I’ve often wished for a book of instructions for basic shapes, that I could take and make my own, but I haven’t yet found this book, I decided to get the ball rolling myself and create a simple ball pattern that allows for infinite play and variation.
Knitting: Animal Toy
Little, quick and easy, this bee is a celebration of spring. It’s perfect for using up a teeny bit of yarn. Gauge/size is unimportant because it is a figurine. I hope you enjoy it.
