Mongolian Cashmere is extra soft and considered the most luxurious and smoother of all fibers. Made from the fleece of the Mongolian Gobi desert cashmere goat, it’s famous for the softness and overall beauty. Creates warm, strong, and lightweight garments.

Cashmere blends well with silk, alpaca, merino, among other fibers, to make beautiful sweaters, baby knits, and scarfs from a variety of shades.

Material: 60% Mongolian Cashmere, 40% polyamide nylon
Cashmere Yarn: 3-ply (laceweight), 50 grams (1.76oz), 338m (370 yards)
Nylon Reinforcing Partner Yarn: 20 grams (0.71oz), 338m (370 yards)

Why Do We Include the Partner Yarn? The two yarns may be woven together to help the firmness of the finished product, and the small line is the best companion yarn (see Important Note below). Not everybody uses it, so the factory decided to include it for free, just in case.
