This yarn is unique and rare! Boreray is the rarest of all British sheep. Thanks to Jane Cooper and some dedicated breeders, we have sufficient fibre to make the first commercially spun batch of Boreray yarn.

It comes in an aran weight and we only have around 360 balls! It is fawn, and although there are coarse fibres, the overall effect is reasonably soft and the yarn knits together beautifully into a dense fabric which still shows good definition.
