The recommended hook size is 1.25 - 1.50 mm (not JP hook #2/0-4/0 but JP hook for lace #2-4). There are two branches for JP hook sizing system, one for crochet hook and one for lace hook, and this thread calls for lace hook size 2-4, レース針2～4号.

Gauge is 39-41 stitches over 10 cm. Fiber content is 100% pima.
