Hand dyed in the Blackdown hills, Devon, UK.

Machine washable (superwash treated merino), but for best results handwash in cold water.

A bouncy yarn with a tight twist and slight halo, soft, warm and hard wearing, with good stitch definition. Suitable for socks, hats, gloves, scarves, shawls and garments made with plain knitting, textured stitches, cables, and some open stitches, but does not block well for intricate lace. Excellent for against-the-skin softness, and layering for warmth.
