Our Moorit single ply is a fingering weight yarn made from very special naturally moorit colored Merino sheep raised in Missouri. You can learn more about the flock here.

Unlike alpaca, natural colored Merino is extremely rare because breeders have been culling color from their bloodlines for centuries, in order to attain the whitest of whites, so these natural colors are truly special and extremely unusual.

Our 3.5 oz. skeins contain 450 yards and are made from some of the finest wool that we have had the pleasure of working with.
