Handdyed with Natural Dyes.

This silk is spun from the cocoon into yarn after the moth has lifed its life-cycle, it is not killed for the spinning process, so it´s called “Peace Silk” or “Ahimsa (= peace) Silk” or “Vegetarian Silk”. The yarn is handspun and wonderfully soft and light. It is spun very thin and you can see the beauty of handspun yarn. For a more compact knitting, I recommend to take the thread twice.
