This is a crisply spun crepe yarn - probably a DK or maybe a modern sports weight.

Hand wash 40°C/100°F.
Do not bleach.
Dry flat, spin, do not hand wring.
Warm iron, damp cloth.
Dry cleanable in certain solvents.
