A limited edition yarn created specially for the patterns in the book Story Maker: an illustrated book of knitting, fibre & fable.

This is a gorgeous blend of fibres that creates a yarn showcasing the very best qualities of each: the elasticity and hardiness of the wool, the softness and warmth of the alpaca, the strength and shine of the mohair.

Each fibre is carefully sourced from a single, small Ontario farm. The Polypay wool comes from Orangeville, the Alpaca from Belwood, and the Mohair from Elora.

It is spun locally without the use of harsh detergents or stripping chemicals. The semi-woolen spinning process adds loft and warmth to the finished yarn. Hand dyed in small batches.
