These yarns are made of the same fibers we use for our Big Stitch Alpaca and Merino Big Bumps. The Minis are 60 yards (56 meters) and weigh about 1.1 pounds (1/2 a kilo). One mini will make a knitted scarf 8” wide by 60” long on size 50 (25mm) needles, keeping you warm all through the windy winter months. If you crochet, we recommend using a U hook (25mm) or a Z hook (30mm). This yarn lends itself perfectly to arm knitting. You can made at least 3 cowls from one Mini Bump!
