Monocacy Worsted hand dyed is 100% Merino and is both soft and bouncy, perfect for next-to-skin objects and large, snuggly garments. The natural whiteness of the Merino fiber takes colors extremely well, resulting in vibrant shades and a gorgeous texture that you can only get from hand dyed yarns. Because our yarns are locally spun and hand dyed using all natural dyes, it is recommended that you alternate skeins throughout your project. Be sure to order enough skeins to complete your project as each bag we make is a different dye lot.
