The Three Crows and I have been dying up some extra spicy variegated colorways using multiple dye colors that we have named KaleidoScopic Colorways! Beautiful for knit or crochet Socks, Scarves, Shawls, Fingerless Mitts, or Funky Kid’s Stuffies! Also, amazing for woven scarves and shawls.

BFL which is short for Blue Face Leicester, is wonderful for socks due to is longer staple length as the Blue Faced Leicester Sheep is a longwool breed of sheep. Due to this is will resist abrasion more so than merino, but still has a soft very soft hand making it nice for next to the skin wear such as socks, scarves and shawls.

This yarn is awesomely soft and spun springy, (great for socks), treated to be superwash and with nylon added for strength. Not only for knitting and crocheting, these yarns are perfect for weaving on the Cricket or Knitters Rigid Heddle Looms, (coming soon - Three Little Crows Weaver’s yarn kits).

All of Three Little Crows’ yarns and fibres are dyed with professional acid dyes and well rinsed, but please do be aware of potential color in your wash water with some very deep colorways.
