This is the gradient, 150g put-up of the North Country Sock base. North Country Sock is a 4-ply 75% Superwash merino, 25% nylon yarn, approximately 100g and 463 yards. This yarn is dyed by hand using colorfast acid dyes.

North Country Sock is soft and springy but has the added sturdiness of nylon. It will make great socks that are comfortable but hold up to wear and tear. Its name is derived from the “North Country” of the Adirondack Mountains in Upstate New York, where warm but sturdy accessories for hiking and outdoor activities are a must.
