Yarn Nerd’s 950 MHz Merino is a new sock yarn base that I’m quite excited about!

The yarn is 100% Superwash Merino, meaning it’s super soft, and easy to care for. On top of that, it has a nice tight twist, which makes for longer wearing socks with good stitch definition.

It’s a bit heavier than normal fingering weight, but not too heavy as to require large needles. With a US #1 needle, you’ll get a nice firm fabric with about 8 stitches per inch.
