Tsuyoi in Japanese means “strong”; “powerful”; “mighty”; “tough”, everything you could want in a sock yarn! The bonus with this workhorse yarn from Yumi Yarns is that it’s also buttery soft with a medium twist so it’s the perfect choice for socks but will also have great drape & stitch definition in a lacy shawl.

Note: I’ve done my very best to wash out all extra dye remnants from the finished skeins, however the darker colors may still bleed a bit onto your hands as you work with they yarn. Because of this I don’t recommend working these colors right next to other yarns that are lighter in shade or highly contrasting. (i.e. I wouldn’t suggest using these yarns with a white yarn for color-work or something similar.
