Crochet and I became fast friends a few years ago while I searched for a way to decompress while finishing graduate school.

Since then, I’ve found a way to blend my scholarly interest in contemporary visual culture, my love of and belief in the power of stories, my ardent intersectional feminism, and the soul-sustaining work of making sht.
