Size should be chosen based on your chest measurement. The sweater is designed with a small amount of ease, about 5cm/ 2”. If an oversized fit is desired, size up one or two sizes.

DESCRIPTION
The 07 YO Sweater has a cropped body and volume sleeves, and is finished with deep twisted rib high neck, cuffs, hem, giving a nod to the 80s. The sweater is worked top down in the main stitch pattern which consists of a mix of garter stitch, stocking stitch, yarn overs and decreases, hence the yarn over (YO) sweater name!

To begin, the back and shoulders are created by casting on the back neck using the long tail method, and gradually increasing using the lifted increase method to reach the full shoulder width. Stitches are then picked up to create the front shoulders, and followed by the sleeve stitches.

The yoke is then worked flat while increasing the front neckline, a few stitches are cast on at the neck, and then the yoke is joined to work in the round.

The sleeves and body are increased using the lifted increase method, until the sleeves are separated and worked in the round, as with the body. Both are finished with deep twisted rib details.

Finally stitches are picked up around the neckline and the twisted rib is worked creating the high neck, and voila! you have completed your 07 YO Sweater garment.
