A Touch Of Lace Tee is my newest endeavor! It’s a fun knit that’s perfect for Spring, Summer, and Fall, depending on your climate. It can be worn as is or layered with a lacey camisole if you wish. The bottom consists of a cabled lace pattern with the cable continuing up the middle of the front and back that have optional waist shaping. The cable is easily done without a cable needle and keeps the knitting interesting, but not all-consuming. The sleeve length lies just above the elbow and the bottom edge is done using the same lace pattern as the body, which then continues with a panel of lace up the middle of the sleeve. The neckline is knit with eyelets on the edge and then finished with an I-cord trim giving its shape stability. A Touch of Lace is an engaging knit for the advanced beginner as well as the experienced knitter who might add a couple of new tricks to their repertoire.

This pattern is sized for 30” - 56” bust sizes and has 2” of positive ease. The pattern calls for a cotton fingering yarn, but bamboo would work great too.

ERRATA: On page 10, first line under I-cord for neck, it should read as follows:
K3, slip 3 sts back to LH needle, k2, k2tog tbl; rep from until you knit the last st, 3 sts on RH needle, no sts on LH needle.

This has been updated on the pattern.
