A Tu Vera Tee
(ESP abajo)
The A Tu Vera Tee is a top-down tee based on a circular yoke construction that includes a simple, yet elegant, cable motif. It includes instructions to knit German Short Rows to shape the back and bust decreases to shape the bust. I’m sure it will be a wardrobe staple for you to wear all year (with the magic of layering).
The piece is worked in the round, top-down and seamlessly. First, the yoke is worked in the round, adding the cable repeats. Then the body is worked in the round after leaving the stitches for the sleeves on hold, and then, the sleeves are worked in the round.
The pattern includes written instructions for every size.
About the skill level, I recommend this pattern if you’re an advanced beginner, since you’ll use some basic techniques, such as increases (left leaning and right leaning), cables, decreases, knits and purls and some more advanced techniques, such as German Short Rows.

The pattern comes in 10 sizes (from 70 cm/27.5” to 160 cm/63’’).
- If you want and oversize fit, I recommend 0 to 5 cm of positive ease.
