Aisha
by Melanie Bee
The Story:
I tend to work most nights up in the city and this time of year in Australia it can get a little nippy at night. Between work and my place I’ve got to walk to my car, drive with no working heater and walk from the car park at my place to my flat. It can get quite chilly! I’ve got a few scarves that I rotate between each night and it suddenly dawned on me that I don’t have something to keep my poor head warm. So armed with my 12mm bamboo needles (the bigger needles are better for my dodgy wrists) and 3 balls of Moda Vera’s Cupcake in purple, pink and green I started knitting Aisha. I sort of made it up as I went along and now here it is for you all!
