My husband is a self-proclaimed nerd. He loves math, gaming, and of course - super heroes! When I saw this yarn from Stranded Dyeworks, aptly named “Bat Cave”, I knew I had to get it for him. And so, the Alter Ego Socks were born.
These socks feature a simple over all texture which will show off the beautiful uniqueness of speckled and variegated yarns (of course they also would look fabulous if you choose to knit them in a solid colour). They are the perfect fix for someone who wants a little more interest than vanilla socks or the individual who would like a break from detailed lace or cable work. Alter Ego socks are squishy, have a great amount of stretch, and are equally suited to men or women.
