A little story behind the name… Anya is a tender word for mother, a tribute to my mother, Anna, who passed on her love of knitting to me. She adored beautiful yarns, especially mohair, and knitted the loveliest shawls. This little scarf carries a piece of those memories.

The Anya Scarf is a delicate triangular scarf with softly waved edges. The decorative edging is knitted together with the scarf using simple increases and decreases. No sewing, no complicated techniques — just a lovely little one-day knitting project!
