A fun, wearable colorwork project that’s more approachable than it looks — and useful long after you’ve bound off.
The Argyle Chalk Bag is knit in the round from the bottom up using stranded colorwork. The top edge folds over to hold an adjustable cinch cord, and the finished bag is lined in fleece to keep chalk dust contained. It works just as well as a dog treat pouch or small cinch bag — clip it to your harness or your leash.
This is a great project if you’ve been curious about stranded colorwork. The argyle motif is worked in two colors and the repeat is straightforward once you get going.
