Axes Beanie is a modern, subtly elegant hat with strong vertical texture and a clean minimalist silhouette.
The design features a folded lining for warmth and stability, ensuring a snug, comfortable fit without unnecessary bulk. This is an easy and fast project, perfect for everyday wear and machine-knitting satisfaction.

The hat is worked on a standard gauge double-bed knitting machine (4.5 mm) in 1×1 rib, which provides elasticity and durability. The pattern includes an option to use the plating technique for a gentle two-tone effect.

If your machine does not support plating, you can knit the beanie without it - the texture remains clear and refined.

Although the instructions are beginner-friendly, this pattern, just like all my other designs, includes video tutorials for every stage of the process, making it accessible for knitters who prefer visual guidance.

The pattern comes with step-by-step instructions, yarn suggestions, crown-shaping guidance, and resizing formulas. You can easily adapt the hat to different yarn weights, personal preferences, or desired fit while maintaining the clarity of the original design.
