The Back Yoke Tee features a split yoke on the back.
It begins with the shoulders and back worked sideways. Stitches are then picked up for the front and back, joined at the underarms, and worked in the round down to the hem. The sleeves and collar are also picked up from the body, worked in the round, and finished with a folded edge to match the hem.
It is knitted top-down, making it easy to adjust the length while trying it on. If extending the body or sleeves, please refer to the YARN section for estimated yarn requirements per additional 2.5 cm / 1”.

Body extension: Approx. 35 (35, 40, 40, 40) (45, 50, 50, 55) m / 36 (37, 40, 42, 44) (47, 50, 54, 56) yds extra per 2.5 cm / 1” of additional length.

Both samples are Size 2, knitted with De Rerum Natura “Alice” (75% Merino, 25% Linen; 50 g = approx. 216 m / 236 yds). The short ver. used 4 skeins in color “Porcelaine,” and the standard ver. used 5 skeins in color “Café Crème.”

NEEDLES
3.5 mm / US 4, 3.25 mm / US 3 and 2.75 mm / US 2 circular needles, 80 cm / 32” or longer, AND needles suitable for working small circumferences in the round for sleeves, AND a 3.5 mm / E-5 crochet hook for collar bind-off. Adjust needle size if necessary to get gauge.

OTHER MATERIALS
Tapestry needle, stitch markers, removable markers, waste yarn, smooth waste yarn in a contrasting color for a lifeline (longer than the bust and sleeve circumference of your chosen size).

バック・ヨークTは、背中のスプリット・ヨークが特徴のTシャツです。
編み方は、まず肩と背中のパーツを編み、そこから前後身頃の目をそれぞれ拾い、脇下でつなげて裾まで輪で編み進めます。袖と衿は、拾い目をして輪で編み、裾と同じように折り返して仕上げます。
トップ・ダウンで上から下へ編んでいくため、試着しながらお好みの着丈・袖丈に調整できます。身頃や袖を長くする場合は、糸欄の「身頃/袖丈の延長」をご確認いただき、2.5 cmごとの延長に必要な糸量の目安をお確かめください。
