This pattern includes:

  • schematic,
  • written instructions,
  • step-by-step pictures,
  • instructions are given in English language, American terminology.

Needles:

  • 4.5 mm / 32’’ circular needles or 4.5 mm interchangeable needles with 32’’ cables and end caps or size to obtain gauge, 3.5 mm needles for casting on and binding off. Because this cardigan is worked as one piece, you’ll have more than 200 sts in a row, so regular needles will be too short to work on.

  • 2 sizes: Small/Medium (Large/Extra Large) / 34/38 (42/46)’’ / 86.5/96.5 (106.5/117) cm bust circumference, later in the pattern sizes S/M (L/XL).

Recommended materials:

  • 620 (770) g / 1110 (1380) yards / 22 (27.2) oz of #4 worsted weight yarn. Shown here Caron One Pound (100% acrylic, 16 oz / 453.6 g / 812 yards / 742 m) in Off White color.

Gauge:

  • Garter Stitch: 15.7 sts x 35 rows = 10 x 10 cm (4 x 4’’).
