Embrace the balance within yourself and the world while expressing your witchy side. The triangle pattern repeat on this hat forms a pentagram from above. Inside each point of the pentagram is the corresponding symbol for Spirit, Water, Fire, Earth, and Air. It’s a slightly slouchy style hat with instructions included for a double thick cuff that not only provides extra warmth, but adds a lot of extra stretch so that it can fit anywhere from teens to adult size large. Blessed be, and enjoy your knitting.

Needles: Size US 4 (3.5 mm) or size needed to obtain gauge. 16” or 24” circular needles are suggested for the simplest knitting, but a longer cord for magic loop or double pointed needles would also work.
Yarn: 200 grams of fingering weight yarn (100 grams each of Main Color and Contrasting Color). Pictured hat is knit in Knit Picks Palette, colors Pimento and Black.
Additional Materials: tapestry needle for weaving in ends.
Gauge: 6 stitches/inch (24 stitches over 4 inches) and 7 rounds/inch (28 rounds over 4 inches)
