A stranded colourwork pattern inspired by my sister’s love of wool spinning and the upcoming Australian Sheep and Wool Show (ie; #spendigo2026)

This pattern is written in one size only to suit her preference and large volume of hair, but the final 11 chart rounds can be omitted if preferred.

Worked in three colours but only two at any time. The sample was worked in leftover DK yarn with the “fibre” being sock yarn held doubled as it suited my colour requirements.
MC: Sample used 110 metres
C2: Sample used 30 metres
C3: Sample used 68 metres sock weight so approximately 34 metres DK

Gauge:
Sorry, it was taken and worn before I got the chance. My knitting does tend to be a little loose.

Needles & Notions:
3.25mm and 4mm - 40cm circular
One end of round marker
Tapestry needle for weaving in ends

Colourwork is charted but decreases are written.
