The Breezy Skirt is worked top down, with a folded waist band & pleats. The pleat stitches are sewn to the wrong side of the waist band. The skirt is knit in stockinette stitch, with a lace panel at the hem. The last few centimeters / inch, is knit in stockinette stitch, folded and sewn to the wrong side.

The pattern has a chart for the lace.

I recommend choosing the size based on the measurement of your waist, where you want the skirt to sit. If you’re in between sizes, choose the bigger, since you can adjust the waist with the elastic band :)

The samples are made in size 3 and my waist is approx 78 cm / 30¾”. The pink is a maxi version & the light blue is a below the knee version.
