This a pretty simple cable cowl, knit flat, in a strip and then seamed. This allows you to choose how tight or loose you want it to fit.
The cables are worked in K1. P1 ribbing, which is a nice detail.

Sizing: ~ 20” long and 6.5 inches wide.
Yarn: 200 yards of any Sport or DK weight
Gauge: 6 sts. to 1” in garter stitch
Needles: 16” circular size 5 and 6
