A simple checker pattern works down the outside of each leg and onto the foot of these top down socks.

Difficulty
Knitted top down in the round using knit and purl stitches, knitting stitches together to decrease and picking up stitches along an edge. Kitchener stitch to close toe.

o Set of five 2.5mm double pointed needles
o Tapestry needle
o Measuring tape

o Two stitch markers (optional but helpful)
o If you decide to knit these on a small circular needle you will also need an additional three stitch markers to mark the stitch count for each needle
